Welcome to Ridge Wood PTA 2024-2025

Welcome to Ridge Wood Elementary! We are a school community built by dedicated and
generous parents, teachers, staA, and administration. Volunteer eAorts with our PTA allow
for invaluable enrichment and assistance. We look forward to working with you to better
support our children’s educational experience.
We hold meetings throughout the school year with members of district administration, our
principal, members of the Board of Education, PTA committee chairs, teachers, staA, and
parents. In our meetings we work together to share information and initiatives regarding our
Ridge Wood and Northville communities. We encourage you to join us in attending these
meetings to help share your thoughts and ideas for enhancing our school.
Our goal is to help build stronger relationships between the school and our families. We
support this through educational enrichment, community wellness, community
engagement as well as administrative and building support. This includes student
assemblies, grants for additional classroom materials, mindfulness and family fitness
events, family and cultural diversity events, support of Northville Civic concern, teacher
appreciation and much more.
Our PTA allows for some truly amazing things to happen at Ridge Wood. Please consider
volunteering your time – a little or a lot. Through your involvement, you get to be more
hands-on in your child’s education and provide instrumental support to the betterment of
our school.
