Arrival and Dismissal Procedure

In order to make the drop off and pick-up of children by car as safe as possible for our students, we ask that you follow these procedures:

1. Please do not drop your child off before 8:35 a.m. The first bell rings at 8:41 a.m.
2. There is a drop off and pick up driving loop in the front of the building. Children will be supervised and all families are asked to follow the procedure. Please remember to pull ALL THE WAY FORWARD before stopping to drop off or pick up your child. Children being picked up at the end of the day will wait in the “Holding Zone” until directed by a staff member to load into cars.
3. Walkers and bus riders will arrive and dismiss through the front main entrance. (Kindergarten walkers and car riders dismiss through the ECC Entrance.)
4. Families that would like to park and walk their children into the building should also arrive and be dismissed from the front main entrance. (Please use the designated crosswalk when walking from the parking lot to the building.)
