NPS Introduces Schoology

Dear Northville Public Schools Families,

Northville Public Schools is now using Schoology, an integrated learning management solution that provides course management, mobile learning, and support for system-wide communication.  Schoology enables our students, parents and teachers to engage with learning materials and their school community from the classroom and beyond. We look forward to using Schoology in our classrooms starting in the fall of 2020 to enhance connectivity and communication across our district.

With Schoology, students will digitally submit homework assignments, review grades, participate in interactive discussions, receive announcements and feedback, take tests, write academic blogs, and more. As a parent, you will be able to view your child’s activity within the platform.

You and your child will be given login credentials prior to the start of the school year once schedules and class assignments are finalized to access the district’s Schoology system. Please make sure that your email address is accurate and updated in your student’s MiStar account.

We value your participation in your child’s education. Student progress and activity will be monitored by faculty to ensure a safe, secure, and controlled environment.

Attached, you will find information with instructions on how to create, log into, and use your Schoology account once you and your student have received access and child codes. Access codes and child codes will be sent to your and your child’s email addresses in the next couple of weeks prior to the start of the school year.
